Hi there!
I'm Lux, a freelance artist. I graduated in 2019 in Chemical Sciences but, since drawing is my passion from when I was a child, after a job experience in my university I decided to become a full-time artist. My works are focused on original illustrations, fanarts and commissions, and I'm also working on a comic project I would like to publish one day! TERMS OF SERVICE

Prices listed are base prices and for personal use. Some conditions may increase the price, such as complex character designs or poses, number of characters, not being able to provide a good visual reference or asking me to design partially/totally your character, complex backgrounds and amount of detail in the image in general.You have to provide me all the info/references I need about the character/background.I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable working on.I, the artist, retain all the copyrights over the commissioned artwork.All drawings will include a little signature that you may not remove.I may share the work you commissioned me on my socials ( IG, Twitter, Pixiv , Twitch and others, obviously with all the credits ) unless agreed previously (please add the reason in the order form additional notes).After having agreed on your commission and received the payment, I will keep you updated about the work and I will send you work in progress pictures and ask you for confirmation when I feel the need. I will send you first some thumbnails so you can choose the composition you like the most, and I will proceed with a more refined sketch. You can ask for changes until I start working on the base colors. Don't be shy if there is something you would like me to change, I do my best to interprete your request but I could have a different point of view or maybe the order was a bit unclear. After this, you can request only little changes and color adjustements (notice that I can charge you an extra price if the changes are very substantive and differ a lot from the initial agreement). If I don't receive a reply within 10 business days , I will proceed with the work without waiting for your confirmation. Minor changes are possible to the final piece only if it was an error on my part (i.e. I missed a detail that you had provided in the order).
This doesn't apply to Skeb commissions, as there won't be any revision for this kind of commission.
You can contact me whenever you want (of course the more wips you ask, the more time I will need to finish the work) on social media and private chat (for ex. Discord) or email.I reserve the right to post work in progress and to stream the making of the artwork. If you want me to keep it hidden, you have to state this clearly in your request and extra fee will be requested (100 euros). This doesn't apply to commercial works as long as I am allowed to post them once they have fulfilled their purpose.To finish your commission I may take all the time I need to provide you the best I can do (usually starting from 2 weeks up to 3/4 month in worst cases, it depends on the complexity of the work and on other personal projects/needs, but I will do my best to not make you wait too much). Slots are not in chronological order. If you need to fix a deadline, remember to write it on the order form and we can discuss about it.I also share the progress of my commissions on my Trello page (link in the homepage).
After finishing the work, I will send you a full resolution image and a more web friendly size if you need it.REFUND RULES
I accept cancellation and I can refund you 100% of the price only if I haven't started the definitive work ( detailed sketch ). Otherwise I will refund you based on the current progress of the commission ( sending as well the commission file): for sketch/base colors the refund is 50%, if I already started rendering the refund is of the 20%.
If the artwork is finished no refund will be sent.✧If I'm not getting a reply within 15 days I will considered the commission finished and refund rules will apply as stated above.PERSONAL USE LICENSE
You can upload the work on your socials ( with credits ) and claim the character(s) as your own (when original characters that belog to you are comissioned), but not the artwork itself.
You are not allowed to: reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially, means making money off it in any way (unless previously agreed with me), removing my signature from the artwork, copy or altering the artwork without my consent.Commercial works need to be credited as well on the platform you are uploading them on.Commissioned works (both personal and commercial commissions and my art in general ) ARE NOT ALLOWED to be used in AI training/creating AI art, or minted into an NFT.PAYMENT INFO
Read carefully
Payment must be done in EUROS. Payment will be done through invoice provided by me. In order to send you the invoice I will also need you to provide me with your full name, email and address. All the data gathered will be used only for processing the payment in my taxation system, they will be kept strictly confidential and never used in other ways than the one mentioned above. If you are not willing to provide me this information please order your commission usign VGen and choose Vgen payment method (NOT PAYPAL). Note that if you want to pay through Vgen additional fees will be applied.
Payments above 300 euros can be split: 50% upfront and 50% after flat colors/lighting set up approval.I will ask you for the payment after having confirmed your commission and discussed about the overall composition. I won't proceed with the work until I receive the payment.By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service mentioned above.Last update: 15/03/2024

Programm and tools used?
I use CLIP STUDIO PAINT EX and a Huion Kamvas 24 4k Pro. Occasionally an Ipad Pro 12.9Did you go to an art school or attended some courses? When did you start to draw?
I'm totally self-taught, I study from books, tutorials, and observing a lot other artists works and in general my surroundings.
I have always been drawing, but I started to practice digital art seriously with the intent to become a professional artist in 2018, but I was still studying at university so the amount of time I could dedicate to art was limited, I decided to do art full-time and get better quickly starting from 2020.
